Deadline for applications: June 30th, 2025

Calling all arts, choreographers, filmmakers, performers, performance artists, visual artists, poets, etc, to create or present a site-specific performance in Wilmington and surrounding areas. Possible venues include: movie theatre, backyards, forests, ocean-side, on the beach strand, boardwalks, downtown streets, black-box theatre, university campus, parks, inside a bar, outside bar patio and streets, parking lot, etc. If you need a specific location, we will try to find the right fit for you. We encourage artists to create something for Wilmington locations. We encourage experimentation, collaboration, improvisation, and sharing of process. We encourage artists to collaborate with one another. Some opportunities exist to dance in other artists’ works. We are also looking for artist/scientists that create environmental art and are interested in being in an arts & science symposium and panel discussion.
