Tanzplattform Bern 2026 releases its call for submissions for the next edition of Tanzplattform Bern 2026 – International Dance Festival and Competition for Choreographers taking place from 18th-20st of June 2026.

When: 18th-20th of June 2026

Deadline for applications: 15th of January 2026

Jury award: commission for Bern Ballett
Audience award: fellowship for a movement research with Bern Ballett

The chosen choreographers will obtain a performance fee, travel costs and accommodation.

–       CV (1 page, PDF with photo and complete contact details)
–       1 video to the dance piece to be submitted in full-length considering the following criteria
o       length: min. 15 minutes, max. 30 minutes
o       cast: 2-6 performers
o       premiere of the submitted piece before 2022
o       availability to perform the submitted piece during Tanzplattform Bern 2026 / 18th – 20st of June 2026
