On Friday, June 26th, WHITE WAVE Dance proudly celebrates the 25th Anniversary season of the DUMBO Dance Festival (DDF) with a Gala Opening that kicks off the most anticipated three-day festival of contemporary dance in the greater NYC area! Committed to championing dance as a vital art form, WHITE WAVE scours the globe for today’s most groundbreaking emerging and established dance makers, bringing them together in Brooklyn for one exhilarating weekend. For three days, dance enthusiasts will revel in a showcase of innovative contemporary dance, with DDF offering on-stage and behind-the-scenes opportunities for 50 dance companies from across the U.S. and around the world. Join us for an immersive experience that captures the unparalleled energy and creativity of the New York dance scene.
